Cake pops, whoopie pies, dipped Oreo's...OH MY!

I've been so busy having fun baking new fun things, I've
forgotten to blog about them!!! Here are a few pics of my
recent baking adventures...

My sister and I are hoping to do more "dessert tables" at parties.

Cheesecake bars, covered in Ganache...mmmmm! This was
the first time I've made any kind of cheesecake, I was pleasantly
surprised at how easy it was. I have more pics i'll post of this
cut...seriously, it was insanely good.


I saw these on another blog and thought they looked
delicious! Chocolate peanut butter cheesecake cupcakes,
they were super easy and yummy :)

I made a cream cheese/whipped cream frosting that was delicious!

This was an apple spice cake, it was delicious! The apples are hand
painted with food coloring.

The scouts were celebrating 100 years of scouting. The larger cake went to a cake auction to raise money for the scouting program. It was the big cake of the night and went for over $60!

This was the first time I made a cake using fondant.
It turned out very cute and was a big hit for a birthday
party!
